We want you to make the most of your toneQuote experience so here are some tips we hope you find useful:

  • ToneQuotes can of course be enjoyed anyway you choose! But if pushed, our number one tip would be to use headphones. In fact, we highly recommend it, especially for the more extended ‘story’ creations in our Sanctuary and Gift Collections. It really does lead to a more immersive experience, plus all our music is exclusive to toneQuote, composed by us especially for each and every card so we’d hate you to miss out!
  • Our cards are designed to look and sound good on any device but our second tip recommends ideally viewing on a laptop or tablet wherever possible. The visuals will most definitely be brought to life on a larger screen, the text will be clearer and if combined with headphones this offers you the optimum toneQuote experience.
  • Thirdly, a general tip: though our cards can be enjoyed at a glance – especially the short fun ones – we suggest setting aside a quiet and relaxed time to delve into our Sanctuary and Gift Collections. This gives yourself full opportunity to really explore, absorb and enjoy. In fact, it may surprise you at the length of time you spend browsing – and thinking of all the friends you can send to!

 

Questions we sometimes get asked:

How many ecards do you have? Why aren't there alot more?

We currently have just over 100 cards in our portfolio – and we regularly add more. We love creating our toneQuotes though it takes a great deal of time as each individual card is carefully hand crafted. Thank you for your patience and support as you join us on our journey of growth!

Why don't you do more Occasions cards like Christmas, Diwali or Hannukah?

It’s a question we get asked the most! At toneQuote, we’re not really about major national or religious festivals – though we do have a children’s Christmas greeting card and are likely to add a few more as time goes on. At toneQuote however, we’re more about day to day moods, moments, emotional wellbeing and personal growth. Of course, we do have toneQuotes celebrating birthdays and other special landmarks in life!

Do you create all your images?

Many of our toneQuotes are hand illustrated by our talented team – in fact, all of the Children’s  Corner content is currently designed, hand illustrated and animated by us in our home studio here in the UK. As regards other images, we are proud to showcase work from the vibrant talented global community of artists and photographers under creative commons licence free agreement. The illustrations we use are almost always manipulated artistically by us by hand in the studio to alter the original in some way. Learn more about how we create our toneQuotes.

Why don't you offer discount codes?

The method of processing the email with the ecard currently makes discount codes on purchase not possible. As we grow and develop we hope to include more features along those lines. But don’t despair, we are able to have sale items regularly – watch this space!

Do you really compose all the music and is it available on itunes?

We definitely do compose our own music for toneQuote. If we include a classical piece, such as Mendelssohn’s Wedding March, it will be our own arrangement. All the music on our toneQuotes is original and exclusive to us. We occasionally add commercial ‘loops’ as a background ‘filler’ but not often. Each toneQuote is carefully matched to it’s soundscape. And yes, our music will be available soon on itunes!
